Ram Mohan Pathak, Ex-Professor Mahatma Gandhi Kashi
Vidyapeeth, Varanasi as special guest of honour in the function of the
Inauguration of Statue of Sh. Vivekananda in the Central Library of Veer
Bahadur Singh Poorvanchal Vishwavidyalaya Jaunpur where it is notable that Mr.
Ram Mohan Pathak is accused of stealing statues from a temple and FIR No.
167/10 dated 23.06.2011 u/s 379/419/506 IPC by Desar Devi W/o Sh. Lalji Mishra,
Kabir Chaura, Varanasi, is registered against him in P.S. Chetganj Varanasi,
and allegations of fraud/corruption and educational misconduct and corruption
had been leveled against him.

Ram Mohan Pathak, Ex-Professor
Mahatma Gandhi Kashi Vidyapeeth, Varanasi as special guest of honour in the
function of the Inauguration of Statue of Sh. Vivekananda in the Central
Library of Veer Bahadur Singh Poorvanchal Vishwavidyalaya Jaunpur where it is
notable that Mr. Ram Mohan Pathak is accused of stealing statues from a temple
and FIR No. 167/10 dated 23.06.2011 u/s 379/419/506 IPC by Desar Devi W/o Sh.
Lalji Mishra, Kabir Chaura, Varanasi, is registered against him in P.S.
Chetganj Varanasi, and allegations of fraud/corruption and educational
misconduct and corruption had been leveled against him.
Respected Sir,
It is most humbly submitted that the undersigned has
sent several complaints to above captioned all high dignitaries and relevant
authorities against Sh. Ram Mohan Pathak, Ex-Professor Mahatma Gandhi Kashi
Vidyapeeth and Hon’ble Chairman University Grant Commission was pleased to
order an enquiry against him in connection of fraud and corruption and the said
enquiry is Lingering.
Moreover Ram Mohan Pathak and his two sons are
accused of stealing a statue, fraud and threatening and in this regard a
complaint had been lodged at P.S. Chetganj on 23.06.2010 U/s 379/419/506 IPC by
one Desar Devi W/o Late Sh. Lalji Mishra Kabirchaura, Varanasi and the case is
still in progress.
Therefore in the light of above stated facts it is
very unfortunate to invite such a person as special guest of honour. Moreover
inauguration of a statue by a person accused of stealing a statue is ridiculous
and unnecessary “Mahimamandan” of a renowned / known accused and is that too in
a university is a matter of shame for education system.
Therefore Hon’ble Governer of Uttar Pradesh is
requested to order an enquiry against Sh. Ram Mohan Pathak and seek a plausible
explanation from Vice Chancellor of Veer Bahadur Singh Poorvanchal
Vishwavidyalay Jaunpur.
The Vice Chancellor of Veer Bahadur Singh poorvanchal
Vishwavidyalay, Jaunpur is requested to cancel the invitation of such person
and ask Mr. Ram Mohan Pathak to not to participate in function.
The Hon,ble Chairman University Grant Commission is
requested to expedite the inquiry against Mr. Ram Mohan Pathak so that he may
be brought to the book.
This
is for intimation and necessary action.
