appointment ,where he on the
seventh page he had submitted ,in
‘honour’ in column three , that
he had received ‘ best millennium citizen award 2004 from American
Biographical Institute, U.S.A. . This honour is purchased on paid
basis by Chorguru Dr Anil Kumar Rai Ankit in 2004 when he
was lecturer at VBS Purvanchal University Jaunpur (U.P.).
Although it
may be legal to purchase such award but it is nothing but an attempt to fool
people by mentioning bogus type of award
from America , in ones Bio data and obtain a reputed post of Professor
